As the global effect of the coronavirus continues to evolve, Silberline is firmly committed to the health and safety of our employees, customers and supply partners, and protecting and serving our communities. We are closely monitoring the changing situation and complying with public health guidance.
Silberline remains committed to the goal of providing uninterrupted service and support to our customers during these uncertain times. Plant operations continue as normal. Sales, customer service and technical service personnel remain at-the-ready to provide the exemplary support you have come to expect from Silberline, whether they are in the office or working remotely from home, as we have for the past 75 years. Our raw material and logistics partners have informed us that they, too, will continue to operate as normal. However, unexpected supply disruptions are a possibility and we are asking you to monitor your current stock levels and
place orders with as much lead time as possible. This applies to both our domestic and export customers.
As new information becomes available, Silberline management is keeping our employees well informed so we can respond swiftly and appropriately. While the circumstances are fluid, we may modify our operations as necessary to ensure safe operations and continuing customer support.
