Special Process Production Mgr

The Special Process Production Manager in this position must interact with the VP Operations to identify and correct production problems directly affecting the quality of the product.  The Special Process Production Manager completes the finite schedules and ensures that customer shipments are ready On Time In Full (OTIF).   The Special Process Production Manager is responsible for formula maintenance and improvement to deliver maximum product yield and Right First Time (RFT).  The Special Process Production Manger must understand and troubleshoot equipment to ensure that improvements in equipment efficiency are implemented.  This role will be required to teach, drive and deliver LEAN improvements for the plant.  The Special Process Production Manager supports multi-function shift supervisors and is responsible for assisting all production employees.  The individual must be a continuous learner, ensuring their own skills improve continuously.  Business travel may be required

Product Application Technologist - Automotive & Coatings

Responsible for the long term, profitable sales growth for Silberline as it relates to Technical Service and the Automotive and Industrial Market. Coordinates global and domestic projects that are related to both “key” (global) and “target” accounts, as they relate to Technical Service, Automotive market. Possesses a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures in the manufacturing of aluminium pigments. 

Domestic and International business travel as it relates to Technical Service for the relevant market will be required. This person will also be responsible for competitive aluminium pigment evaluations, complaint investigations, and generating samples.
